Distribute Your Weight Uniformly

Work on Your Posture
Many professionals complain about sore necks due to long working hours and bad posture. To overcome a sore neck, ensure your head is aligned with both shoulders. Keep your back straight and shoulders back. This posture will keep your joints comfortable and lessen the chances of a stiff neck.
Introduce Desk Ergonomics
Placing your keyboard and screens tactically can reduce the stiffness to a great extent. When using your keyboard, ensure your elbows are bent at 90 degrees. The distance between your monitor and eyes should not be less than 20 inches. Place the monitor in a position where the top of the screen is slightly lower than your eye level.
Go Easy on Your Eyes
Desk ergonomics experts have devised a ’20-20-20’ rule where you work for 20 minutes on your screen and then look 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
Support Your Back
To support your back on your chair, it is better to adjust the backrest to support the curve of your lower back. You can also get seat cushions to comfort your lower back when working long hours.
